Triple Line Studio worked with the contract purchaser of the historic Mount Hermon Masonic Lodge located in the heart of the Hyattsville Historic District. We provided consulting services as a funding advisor, directing the client to potential grants and providing valuable information for grant application assistance. The client won the maximum amount awardable for the Prince George’s Historic Preservation Non-capital Grant totaling $25,000 in funding for the design of the adaptive reuse of this 1893 Romanesque Revival brick building.
