WHY ATTEND?

Please join us for a unique half day workshop that will teach you how to think creatively about your small business and nonprofit spaces. Attendees will learn about Maryland state and county funding opportunities, building and landscaping products, leasing/buying options, and ideas on how to enhance “bricks and mortar” spaces. The event will be free for attendees. Funders will share numerous resources to get the financial support you need to get these creative methods off the ground.

A panel discussion with funders will kick-off the event, followed by tailored workshops where experts will be available to work through your building challenges. A mini-expo will conclude the event, featuring building specialists and other resources.

The conference will be held at the Hyattsville Library. Lunch will be provided.
